World Mental Health Awareness Day is a day for global mental health education, awareness & advocacy against social stigma.Mental Health issues has always remained a neglected topic. Despite of efforts to bring more awareness to remove stigma &effective treatment of mental health issues , but this stigma still persists both socially and in aesthetic culture.

We are living in a society that widely endores stigmatizing ideas. One in four of us will suffer from mental illness at some point of time. Sometimes people might people might think that people with psychiatric disability are less valued, because of their psychological disorder. Remember Your Illness Is Not Your Identity.

It is very important to convince yourself. Try to listen to your self. It is also very important to remember for all of us to that we all should be a good listener above all else.

Mental illness is very common in this era because of our secluded life style. Being Mentally ill doesn't mean that that person is of a weak personality.

Try to read your emotion , share the happy and the sad moments of your life with your near ones.

Do engage yourself with different hobbies like Gardening, Stitching, Cooking, etc.

Don't hesitate to consult a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist.

So Let's Fight Against The Stigma And Build A New World.
